This little guy has come a long way over the last year. I started this painting at least two years ago. And he is finally done. Some painting take longer to finish than others. This painting was pure invention. Many of my paintings start with a photo reference that I have taken. But this painting started with an idea from another piece that I had made that was also pure imagination.
